Notification and Preliminary Call for Papers
The AI Innovation Conference (AIIC 2027) is an international peer-reviewed conference dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and practical applications in Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital technologies. AIIC provides a global platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, policymakers, and innovators to share cutting-edge developments, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations that shape the future of AI-driven transformation.
The conference promotes interdisciplinary research and encourages discussions on artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, data science, intelligent systems, digital transformation, responsible AI, sustainability, and technology-enabled innovation. AIIC aims to build strong international networks among leading researchers, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and institutions committed to advancing AI research and its societal impact.
Submissions are invited from everyone — researchers, academics, industry experts, doctoral scholars, and speakers — worldwide. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Papers must be submitted in English.
Call for Papers & Abstracts
Are you a researcher or presenter? Submit your work to present at AIIC 2027. We invite original research on artificial intelligence across all fields — business, medicine, education, engineering, finance, and more. All submissions are double-blind peer-reviewed, and accepted authors present their work in the conference research sessions.
Submit an abstract of up to 300 words describing your research, methodology, and findings. Accepted authors will present at AIIC 2027 either in person or online. Each submission undergoes rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers holding doctoral (Ph.D.) qualifications, who evaluate originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field. Accepted abstracts are compiled into the official AIIC 2027 digital Book of Abstracts, and presenting authors receive a certificate of presentation issued by Alphabets Business Innovation Ltd.
Publication & Review. All accepted submissions undergo peer review. Accepted abstracts will be published in the AIIC 2027 Book of Abstracts, which will carry an ISBN assigned prior to publication, with digital proceedings made available on the conference website. Authors present their work at the conference and receive a certificate of presentation. Presenting authors may additionally submit a full paper for consideration in the AIIC 2027 Conference Proceedings, published by ABIEdu Academic Press under its own ISBN. Full papers undergo independent peer review; acceptance of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance of a full paper. There is no fee to submit and no fee to publish — neither publication carries an article processing charge. ABIEdu Academic Press is the scholarly imprint of Alphabets Business Innovation Ltd., the organiser of AIIC 2027. AIIC 2027 makes no claim of indexing in Scopus, Web of Science or any other database.
Review & Publication Process
From submission to publication, every step is transparent and rigorous.
Sample Certificate of Presentation
Every presenting author receives an official Certificate of Presentation. The specimen below is for illustration only — the name, abstract title and details shown are not real. Certificates are issued by Alphabets Business Innovation Ltd. to presenting authors whose abstracts have been accepted through peer review.
Abstract submission is handled through your free AIIC 2027 account so you receive a reference number and can track your status.

Regional rate — 50% reduction for online attendance
Participants based in India, in any country in Africa, or in any other lower- or middle-income economy may claim a 50% reduction when attending online, on the online delegate rate and the online presenter rate. In-person attendance is at the standard rates for everyone. This is a published entitlement, not a negotiated discount: the same reduction is available to everyone who qualifies, whether or not they think to ask.
With the reduction applied, the online delegate rate is USD $275 early bird and USD $325 thereafter, and the online presenter rate is USD $245.
To claim it, email info@abiedu.com with your country of residence and institution before paying. The rate applies to participants resident in India, in any African country, or in any economy classified by the World Bank as low-, lower-middle- or upper-middle-income — which includes, among others, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. It follows your country of residence, whatever your nationality. If you are unsure whether you qualify, simply ask. The reduction does not affect peer review in any way: acceptance is decided before payment arises, and what you pay plays no part in it.
By completing registration and payment you confirm that you have read and agree to the AIIC 2027 Registration Policy and the full Terms & Conditions (Compliance & Legal), including the refund and cancellation policy.
Policies & Terms
AIIC 2027 Registration Policy
Co-Author Registration (Max. 2 per Paper)
A maximum of two individuals may register per accepted research work — either two authors of the same paper, or one author and one accompanying participant. Registration fees are charged per person, not per paper: each registrant must pay the full applicable registration fee individually, and the fee is the same for everyone regardless of how many people register for a paper.
Eligibility:
- Two authors of the same accepted paper; or
- One registered author and one accompanying participant.
Conditions:
- The registration is non-transferable and may not be assigned to a third party.
- The names provided during registration are final and cannot be changed after registration is completed.
- No cancellations, substitutions, or refunds are permitted under the Co-Author Registration (Max. 2 per Paper) option.
- If the presenting author is unable to attend, another listed co-author may present the paper. If neither registered individual attends, the paper may be withdrawn from the programme. Group & Institutional Registration (10 participants) payments are likewise non-refundable: if any or all group members do not attend, no refund or credit is issued for unused places.
Registration Policy
- All individuals wishing to attend the conference — whether presenting a paper, speaking, or attending only — are required to pay the applicable registration fee. This applies to all speakers and presenters: speaking at AIIC 2027 requires a completed, paid registration at the standard rate of USD $590, and the Conference does not pay speaker fees or honorariums unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organizer.
- Registration fees are refundable on a tiered schedule (100% minus a USD $100 admin fee more than 4 months before the conference, 75% within 3 to 4 months, 50% within 2 to 3 months, no refund within 2 months) — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
- Only registered authors will have their papers included in the final conference programme and proceedings.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the author registration deadline.
- Participants who are not presenting a paper may register as attendees and will have access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, workshops, networking events, and conference activities.
Payment Methods
AIIC accepts all major credit and debit cards through its secure online payment system.
Any applicable taxes or payment processing charges will be displayed during checkout.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable according to the following schedule, based on the date your written cancellation request is received:
- More than 4 months (120 days) before the conference: 100% refund, less a USD $100 administrative fee.
- 3 to 4 months before the conference: 75% refund.
- 2 to 3 months before the conference: 50% refund.
- Within 2 months (60 days) of the conference: No refund.
In the unlikely event that AIIC is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, acts of war, civil unrest, labour disputes, or force majeure events, the liability of AIIC shall be limited to the portion of registration fees remaining after payment processing, banking, and administrative costs have been deducted.
AIIC shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Programme Changes
While every effort will be made to deliver the conference as advertised, AIIC reserves the right to modify the programme, schedule, speakers, session formats, venue arrangements, or conference activities where necessary.
Any changes will be communicated through the official AIIC website and conference communications channels.
Conference Participation
Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, an invitation letter for visa or institutional purposes.
Only papers associated with a completed registration will be included in the Final Conference Programme and any conference proceedings, abstract book, or related publications.
By registering for AIIC 2027, participants agree to comply with all conference policies and terms and conditions.
Policy updates: All registration policies, fees, and programme details are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Organizer, Alphabets Business Innovation Ltd.; updates take effect upon posting to this website. In the event of an emergency — such as a pandemic, war, natural disaster, or government restrictions — the conference may be switched to a fully online format (via Zoom or a comparable platform); all registrations remain valid for the virtual event and presentations and certificates are delivered online. This summary is provided for convenience — the full terms, including refund, force majeure, limitation of liability, and governing-law provisions, are set out in our Compliance & Legal page, which prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
